 The Local Roots program was developed by
The Green Marketing
Company, the sales branch of The BIOS Organization LLC. as a way to show our dedication to the environment and
the local Community. The program emphasizes our philosophy of
giving first, not just giving back. Every member of The
Green Marketing Company is asked to donate $10 to the Arbor Day
Foundation upon joining the team. The Arbor Day Foundation
then provides 10 trees for our team member to plant. Each
year a portion of our proceeds will be invested in more
trees to be planted in our territory that correlates with local
sales... more sales, more trees and more community roots.
We are growing a green army of
gentle giants and we are looking for a few good men and women.
We aspire to recruit a team
that believes in old fashioned values of honor, integrity,
discipline, service, passion and desire. We are looking
for people that want to make a difference with their
lives, people that want to be part of a dedicated team that
believes they can make a difference. If this is you,

Clean Air, Clean Water &
Sustainable Green Growth
Wanting to make a difference is a
good start but until you dig in and get started, nothing
changes. Planting trees as a first task is symbolic of
that commitment. It's time to roll up our sleeves and get
our hands dirty to do what must be done. Trees filter our water
and air, they are essential to our survival.
Our Goal:
200,000 representatives in 3
years. The Arbor Day Foundation currently has 1
million members, we hope to help them double that number over
the next three years, by requiring our team to join and by
inspiring others to join us!
Sound to good to be true?
Its not, we are just a small group that keeps trying. We are
people just like you, we will stumble, make mistakes, look
stupid and fall down, and have to apologize. The difference is
we will get back up, shake it off, and take more steps toward
our goals. We need everyone that joins the team to take
ownership in the dream that is larger than the individual. We
need everyone that joins us to take a look and make an
improvement. We need everyone to ask, "How can I help?", and we
will succeed together.
